The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive Delivery Manager with outstanding leadership and communication skills to oversee and coordinate the delivery of our projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will need to be a proactive thinker capable of building relationships, driving change and delivering excellence within the organisation. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvements and implement best practices.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and address issues to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project status.
  • Implement and refine processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.

  • 5+ years previous experience in an operational or management role within an IT or Project focused organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science or other relevant degree.
  • Previous experience coordinating or managing a team.
  • ITIL 4 Foundations Certification.
  • Ability to strengthen partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders through maintaining a high degree of trust and integrity.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach to work, including the ability to anticipate opportunities and challenges and develop next steps.
  • Welcomes feedback from others and demonstrates the capacity for growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in task and project planning software such as Jira, Microsoft Planner and Project, and Azure Dev Ops.
