- MUST HAVE DEGREE/DIPLOMA IN ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING.

Job Responsibilities
- Providing routine service and maintenance to copiers, scanners, printers, and multi-functional devices.
- Provide accurate feedback with close calls information, parts usage reporting and customer meter reading.
- Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and error free.
- Ability to train end users.
- Must be able to solve problems, comprehend technical information and communicate effectively.
Qualifications
- Computer and analytical skill.
- Prior experience in maintenance & repair of multifunctional photocopy machines & printer is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot & think independently.
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skill.
- Experience 2 to 3 years. Freshers with degree in similar field can apply.
- Driving license is a plus.
