We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is essential for handling inbound sales inquiries and using inside sales techniques to generate new leads. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing leads, managing customer relationships, and ultimately driving sales growth by converting inquiries into sales opportunities. Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation:
- Handle incoming sales queries promptly and effectively, converting inquiries into qualified leads. - Utilize inside sales strategies to generate new sales opportunities from existing and potential customers. 2. Customer Engagement: - Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, and live chat) to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities. - Provide detailed information about products and services to potential customers. 3. Lead Management: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions, capturing customer details and sales progress in the CRM system. - Assess the potential and track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline. 4. Sales Conversions: - Follow up on leads to advance them through the sales process, aiming to convert them into customers. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional activities. 5. Reporting and Analysis: - Monitor and report on sales activities and pipeline status to the Sales Manager. - Analyze performance against sales targets and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related sales role. - Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus.
