Opportunity
- Be part of a pioneer regional finance team
- Work closely with SEA senior leaders
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as needed.
- Business Partnering:
- Collaborate closely with regional business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Partner with functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to understand their financial needs and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the development and management of regional budgets.
- Prepare accurate financial forecasts and projections.
- Monitor budget performance and identify variances.
- Financial Modeling:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of different scenarios on financial performance.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement process improvements and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a multinational or regional organization is preferred.
