Job Description

  • Managing and solving all Complaints (If repeated for same reason)
  • Manage daily ,weekly and monthly performance for all Technicians (KPIs)
  • Controlling Spare Parts availability 
  • Allocating and scheduling the technician visits based on alignment with Call Center Part 
  • Tracking the customer Satisfaction level 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical , Electronics)
  • Good English & Ms. Office Skills
  • Communication & Leadership Skills
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics field (2 Years at least in service center management)
  • Gharbia Resident (Lives in Tanta)
