Business Central (MS Dynamics 365) Experience : 10 + years Location : Remote and contractual Candidates Preferred from: Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Pune, Noida Shift : Australia Time Zone (4:00 AM to 1:00 PM) Role & Responsibilities The Business Central Developer will be responsible for the development, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central applications. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Business Central, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead development projects. 1. Development and Customization

• Solution Design : Analyze business requirements and design appropriate solutions within Business Central.
• Customization : Customize Business Central applications using AL language and Visual Studio Code.
• Development : Develop new functionalities and features in Business Central to meet business needs.
• Integration : Integrate Business Central with other systems and applications, ensuring smooth data flow and interoperability.

• Performance Tuning : Optimize the performance of Business Central applications by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Code Review : Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code that adheres to best practices and standards.
• Upgrades : Manage system upgrades and ensure compatibility with new versions and updates.

• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical issues in Business Central applications.
• User Support : Provide technical support to end-users and assist them in resolving application-related problems.
• Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and process flows.

• Project Planning : Lead and manage development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Resource Management : Coordinate with other developers, assign tasks, and manage resources to achieve project goals.

• Best Practices : Stay updated with the latest developments in Business Central and related technologies and implement best practices.
• Training and Mentoring : Provide training and mentoring to junior developers and other team members.
• Innovation : Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the Business Central environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree : In Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV).

• Programming Languages : Proficiency in AL language, C/AL, and experience with Visual Studio Code.
• Business Central : In-depth knowledge of Business Central development, customization, and integration.
• Database Management : Experience with SQL Server and understanding of database design and management.
• APIs and Web Services : Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services for system integration.
• Version Control : Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
