Senior Accounts Manager - Partner Outreach Program Position Overview: As a  Senior Accounts Manager for our Partner Outreach Program at Evivve, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth by increasing the number of partners who use Evivve’s innovative training solutions. Your primary objective will be to create, improve, and execute a strategic partner pipeline that will boost our partner count and revenue. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Outreach Strategies : Design and execute partner outreach initiatives to identify and engage with potential consulting and training service providers.
  • Pipeline Management : Create and manage a robust partner pipeline ensuring a steady flow of qualified partners entering and expediting their progression through the key stages of the sales lifecycle.
  • Customized Pitching : Tailor and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to prospective partners, showcasing the value and benefits of using Evivve for their training programs.
  • Demo Scheduling and Facilitation : Arrange and conduct demo sessions for potential partners, highlighting Evivve’s unique capabilities and how it can enhance their training offerings.
  • Partner Onboarding and Certification : Facilitate the enrollment of new partners into Evivve’s certification program, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the platform’s potential.
  • Sales Target Achievement : Manage and meet quarterly sales targets by converting leads into active, revenue-generating partners.
  • Lifecycle Management : Utilize tools like Trello to effectively track and manage the partner lifecycle from initial contact through to certification and active usage.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct ongoing analysis of the training and consulting market to identify new opportunities for partner engagement and expansion.
  • Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual success.
Requirements:
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a sales or business development role, preferably within the training or consulting industry.
  • Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in creating and managing outreach programs that drive revenue growth.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information eloquently.
  • Strategic Thinking : Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities to develop targeted outreach strategies.
  • CRM Expertise : Proficiency in using CRM tools like Hubspot and pipeline management software like Trello.
  • Results-Oriented : Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
