Job Title: Specialist - ANS Safety Location: Abu Dhabi Experience: 5+ Years Language: Fluency in English and Arabic Job Description
- Manage the Safety Management System that monitors and ensures that the Company has a comprehensive safety management system in line with ANS strategic goals and company Audit and Risk Management.
- Manage effective Safety Risk management to ensure hazard identification, safety risk assessment, and mitigation.
- Manage effective ANS Safety Assurance to ensure safety performance, management of change, and continuous improvement of the SMS.
- Develop and manage the implementation of an effective and comprehensive ANS Safety Training Program to ensure all staff are safety trained at the required level.
- Provide expertise to the ANS Safety Unit in the safety recommendations resulting from reported safety occurrences.
- Draft, review, and assess ANS Safety policies, procedures, and operations manuals to ensure compliance with required safety standards/guidelines.
- A degree in an aviation discipline or a verified CAA license with 5 years’ experience in a similar environment.
- Good knowledge and skills in safety audit, operations safety programs, and safety standards & regulations.
