Executive/ Senior Executive (West/ Up to $4200) REF: GCL

# Salary up to $4200

# 5-day work week: Mondays to Fridays, office hours   The Company is an established organisation in the international transport industry. They are sourcing for a passionate and suitable candidate to join their growing team! Job Responsibilities:  

• Lead and organize meetings, conduct sites inspection, audit and follow up on observation reports
• Strengthen safety culture of workforce and compliance with safety and regulations
• Organize training, promotions and awareness on safety
• Responsible for risk assessment in accordance to company and Singapore requirement
• Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety
• Conducting incident and accident investigations to maintain proper documentation of safety records
• File accident and injury reports to Ministry of Manpower
• Assist in conducting emergency response drill
• Evaluate current security process and system
• Liaising with outsource partner
• Reviewing on security procedures and management to improvise and evolving risks
• Supporting ad hoc task as assigned by supervisor

  Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Professional certification in Workplace Safety & Health
• Preferred Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM
• FSM certification, Biz Safety Level 2
• Manage work at Height Certificate -Assessor/ Manager
• Preferred with knowledge of local legislation
• Knowledge in WSH Act, ISO45001, ISO14001 and security management system
• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• Able to start work soon will be advantageous
