Job details
We are looking for a legal advisor who will provide legal counsel and support to the organization on a wide range of legal issues. They will provide guidance on legal compliance and risk management and will work with other departments to help the company navigate legal challenges and minimize risk.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal issues, including commercial contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
- Provide training and guidance to other departments on legal compliance and risk management.
- Identify and assess potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Represent the company in legal compliance matters.
- Stay up to date on changes in laws and regulations that affect the company.
- Provide support and guidance to senior management on legal matters.
Qualifications and Skills
- Law degree.
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations that affect the company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
