Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual from the aviation industry to join Crew Ahead as a Co-Founder. As a Co-Founder, you will work closely with our team to expand our services, build strategic partnerships, and drive the growth of our platform. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to enhance our services and reach within the aviation industry. - Partnership Building: Establish and maintain relationships with airlines, aviation schools, and industry professionals to expand our network and influence. - Curriculum Development: Collaborate with existing and ex-cabin crew members to continually refine and expand our educational offerings, ensuring they meet industry standards and the needs of our clients. - Marketing & Outreach: Lead marketing efforts to promote Crew Ahead’s services, leveraging your industry connections to attract new clients and partners. - Team Leadership: Work closely with the founding team to drive the overall direction of the company, including hiring, operations, and financial planning. Qualifications: - Extensive experience in the aviation industry, preferably in a cabin crew, training, or management role. - Strong understanding of cabin crew operations, recruitment, and training processes. - Proven leadership skills and a track record of successful project management. - Ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment and adapt to changing demands. - Passion for education and a commitment to helping others succeed in their aviation careers.
