Male Greenhouse Procurement Specialist - for Royal Palace

Apt Resources is currently seeking a Male Greenhouse Procurement Specialist to join our esteemed client, the Royal Palace. As the Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality plants and flowers. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a deep understanding of plant species and quality standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and prestigious environment.We are looking for a candidate with a passion for horticulture, a keen eye for aesthetics, and excellent communication skills.ResponsibilitiesSource and procure a variety of plant species, flowers, and landscaping materials

Ensure the quality and freshness of plants and flowers, maintaining the highest standards

Collaborate with landscape designers and gardeners

Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers

Maintain inventory levels and oversee the logistics of plant transportation and storage

Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying new sources for unique and exotic plants

Work closely with the Royal Palace team to ensure the timely delivery of plants

RequirementsGood experience and understanding of the Nursery industry and plant

Proven experience in plant procurement, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment

Deep knowledge of different plant species, quality standards, and horticulture practices

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and make quick decisions

Proficiency in MS Office and experience with procurement software is a plus

Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends, as required

Purchase plants internationally
