Job Title QAQC Inspector
**ROLE PURPOSE**:
As a QA/QC Inspector, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the quality assurance and quality control processes across the project. Your role will involve inspecting materials, processes, and finished products to ensure they adhere to established quality standards and industry regulations. You will collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues, conduct inspections at different stages of production, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of quality management systems.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Conduct inspections of materials, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor and enforce adherence to project specifications, industry codes, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to identify and address quality-related issues promptly.
Perform audits and assessments to verify the effectiveness of quality management systems.
Generate quality reports, documenting inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
Participate in the development and updating of quality control procedures and documentation.
Provide training and guidance to project personnel on quality requirements and best practices.
Investigate and analyze root causes of quality issues and recommend preventive actions.
Interface with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities on quality-related matters.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes and procedures.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION**:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in the appropriate engineering discipline.
Proven experience at least 5 years as a QA/QC Inspector in related Quality Control and Material testing activities along with 2 years of regional experience.
In-depth knowledge of industry codes, standards, and regulations.
Strong understanding of quality management systems and processes.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
Familiarity with relevant inspection and testing techniques.
Proficient in using quality assurance tools and software.
