Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.5 to 10 years of experience in Project Engineering (detailed phase) from leading EPCIC companies.3 years of which in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of mechanical, structural, and SURF.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and issue storyboards, method statements, installation procedures, calculation notes, sea fastening calculations, structural analysis and reports, sketches, drawings, and lifting plans.Understand diving equipment and operations (air and saturation) and how they enhance project scheduling.Understand Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) and survey operations.Review equipment specifications for in-house and hired equipment, and converse with suppliers to ensure compliance.Monitor pricing and costs.Attend project client meetings/briefings and prepare draft and final reports for MWS inspections, clients' construction projects, and diving/ROV/survey/inspection projects.Ensure project execution is within budget and schedule, and complies with corporate standards and guidelines.Work with multiple discipline projects and monitor fieldwork activities, organizing minimum subcontractors on a daily basis.Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.Coordinate with the estimation team on project estimation and scheduling.Support the commercial team as required.Ensure Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) of projects is organized to manage the total work scope.Initiate, review, and comment on engineering and technical deliverables.Prepare and coordinate meetings and issue associated minutes.Liaise and support onshore and offshore operation teams.Ensure the project is managed as per company requirements and client specifications.Ensure safe operations while minimizing environmental impact by complying with occupational QHSE standards.Manage all interfaces with relevant parties including partners, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and third parties.Review all technical areas of tender documentation, paying attention to potentially problematic areas.Determine timeframes for individual phases of the SOW and formulate strategies based on knowledge and experience.Prepare the Project Execution Plan from mobilization to demobilization and all points in between.Assist project and planning teams in developing project plans to ensure delivery within budget, schedule, and scope.Prepare construction budgets by analyzing technical drawings while updating specifications and projecting costs for each elevation.
