Job Title: Property Manager Location: Klang Valley (Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur) Job Info & Requirement Contract Type: Full-time Job Type: Executive Experience Level: 3-5 years Job Categories: Property-Related Nationality Preferred: Malaysians Only Own Transport: Car/Van Salary: RM 4,400 to RM 5,100 per month Other Benefits:

Responsibilities:

1. Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible.
2. Manage day-to-day operations in building management and maintenance.
3. Control and monitor overall office management performance regarding staffing, reports, and liaising with JMB/MC while creating good relationships with residents.
4. Anticipate issues before they arise and recommend appropriate solutions.
5. Exhibit good interpersonal and customer service skills.
6. Demonstrate good negotiation skills.
7. Plan, conceptualize, and implement projects.

Qualifications:

1. Degree/Diploma in Property Management and/or Property Manager License from the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents & Property Managers.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management.
3. Working knowledge of the tender process and understanding of building management accounting systems.
4. Knowledge of the Strata Title Management Act/Building and Common Property Act.
5. Familiar with governing Acts.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
