A leading FX company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in the competitive forex industry.
Key Responsibilities:
.*Meet daily call targets and consistently convert leads to sales.
- Sell company products effectively and efficiently.
- Utilize Scrum methodologies to improve team performance.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the FX and financial markets, including market analyses and taking market pulse.
- Lead, manage, and motivate to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the client base and market share in the forex trading industry.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients and Introducing Brokers.
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to refine and enhance sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
- Always improve performance and drive professional growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in FX sales management, with a strong background in the forex trading or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of forex trading, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
