Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Summary: As a UI/UX Designer at Cokerco Company, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and interactive media. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences that align with our brand and meet the needs of our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct user research to understand audience needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  2. Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
  3. Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes based on research insights.
  4. Design user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
  5. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components that ensure consistency across all platforms.
  6. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and content creators to design user experiences that are aligned with project goals.
  7. Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.
  8. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
  9. Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
  10. Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of UI designs is faithful to the vision.
  11. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into the final designs.
  12. Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve design quality.
Skills and Requirements:

i. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design, with a focus on digital media, websites, and mobile applications.

ii. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.

iii. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

iv. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

v. Experience in conducting user research, creating personas, and designing user journeys.

vi. Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.

vii. Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.

viii. Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design strategies.

ix. Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the media industry.
  3. Experience working with agile methodologies and collaborating in a team environment.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
