Job Objective: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Capital Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing human capital advisory services and leading talent and development initiatives for both in-house and external clients.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic human capital advisory services to clients, including talent management, organizational design, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Lead the delivery of hands-on HR Consulting mandates for clients.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analysis to identify training gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver proposal, customized training programmes and workshops tailored to the needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and implement effective learning solutions.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to sell and cross-sell services to new and existing clients.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Supervise HR operations and strategy-related responsibilities within the company.
Job Requirements
  • B.Sc. in Business Admin, Social Sciences, or related fields (minimum of 2:2); professional qualifications in Human Resources are an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in Human Capital or related fields. (Human Capital Consulting experience will be an added advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and practices.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programmes and initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented, result-oriented, ability to multi-task with a high level of enthusiasm for the role
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and business development skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and contemporary data management software.
  • Not more than 37 years.
