• Visual Design: Experience creating mockups and prototypes to visualize requirements.
• Testing: Understanding of UAT processes and ability to guide testing efforts.
• Time Zone Flexibility: Willingness to work across different time zones as needed.
• Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite for documentation, analysis, and communication.
• Project Management: Basic project management skills to assist in project planning and execution.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Proficiency in using BA tools and software.

• Any degree.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and systems requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and goals.
• Create clear and comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement specifications (FRSs).
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
• Guide testing efforts and participate in UAT to validate requirements.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of product roadmaps.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

• Highlight any specific industry or domain experience that is relevant to the role.
• Emphasize your ability to adapt to changing requirements and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
