Job Summary: This person will manage programs and grow the consulting services in a highly visible capacity. The candidate will be required to engage in all areas of IT service delivery with revenue responsibilities. Additionally, this Project Manager will interact with clients and build strong client relationships, including managing team members (technical and non-technical), business partners, and subcontractors to successfully deliver solutions to our end customers.

The candidate will be responsible for strategic, tactical, operations management, and execution of the customer's project mission.

Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, collaborate on strategy, tactics, and operations with clients by adding value to them

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Act as the client liaison and assign staff to ensure clear and consistent communication

Build excellent client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction with professional services

Responsible and accountable for project management activities and executing these activities due diligently and independently without supervision

Adopting and following company policy, process, methdodology and guidelines to deliver best quality and playing significant role to improve these processes

Coordinate and manage project resources, including project team members and external contractors

Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare project progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders

Manage project risks and issues, including identifying and mitigating risks and resolving issues as they arise

Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and are of high quality

Provide project management guidance and support to project team members

Deliver projects on time, within budget and scope:-Manage resource teams (including sub-contractors), provide leadership, and mentor staff as needed-Develop new opportunities with existing and/or new clients-Responsible for revenue, growth, and P&L

Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum 10+ years of progressive and relevant program/employee management experience in the automotive industry, especially dealer management system

Significant experience in software development projects and IT service delivery

Experience in managing federal agency software development/government contracts

Experience in managing technical staff, including project managers, developers, testers, business analysts, and software delivery teams

5+ years of experience in managing ERP and CRM projects, specifically big contracts

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM is preferred

Experience in managing teams remotely across multiple countries

Experience in the automotive industry, especially dealer management systems

Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Strong writing skills to develop project documents, project updates and status reports to provide written and clear directions to internal and external teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, Prince 2 or PMP

Ability to travel as required

Bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year college or university in the related field

Work Set-up:

Hybrid Set-up (3 Days Onsite - 2 Days WFH per Week)
