We're seeking a talented and passionate Senior Backend & AI Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of real estate transactions. Position: Senior Backend & AI Engineer Location:Remote Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems to support our AI-driven real estate platform
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into our production environment
3. Develop and optimize models for real estate-specific tasks
4. Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
5. Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of our backend systems
6. Contribute to the development of our proprietary real estate multimodal and large language models
7. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
8. Stay updated with the latest trends in backend technologies and AI/ML advancements

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in backend development using languages such as Python
2. Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS preferred), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
3. Proficiency in database technologies
4. Experience with productionising Gen AI applications
5. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
7. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
8. BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a related field (Ph.D. is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of large language models and multimodal AI systems
2. Familiarity with real estate data sources and APIs
