POSITION SUMMARYKeeping invoice submission as per defined protocols of Nestlé and respective customer to an optimal level to ensure achievement of milestone in terms of receiving payment within agreed credit period along with timely reconciliations.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …Timely submission of invoices with zero backlog
Timely reconciliation of all invoices with their PODs (Proof of Delivery)
Timely payments and zero overdue on day to day and month end basis
Timely offsetting and clearing of items in ledger
No new open / unexplained deductions
New SKU listing/regular updating of active SKU list to ensure invoices don't get rejected due to non-updated article codes
New Price structure implementation on time and with accuracy to ensure no price difference Debit Notes
Addressing and resolving queries on disputes, deductions, invoices, payments
