Monthly Expense / Cash Flow Budget Preparation and reporting
Facility Upkeep / maintenance Planning & Execution
Utilities Management - Up & running WAPDA, Water, communication
Backup Power - Uninterrupted supply of Backup Power
Equipment including Power/Genset, Up & Running, Water Dispensers etc.
Day to Day Affairs Management
Housekeeping
Security Management
Contracts Management - Mainly Rental, Outsource Vendors etc.
Safety Administration - Fire Fighting, Evacuation drills etc.
Reception / Front Desk Supervision
Incoming / outgoing Couriers Management
Mess Management
Support to IEF for arranging Company Events
Runner Support to HR & F&A - Banks, Insurance Claims, EOBI etc.
Requirements:
Required Qualification: Graduate / Masters
Required Total Experience: 2 to 6 years
Required Technical Skills: MS Office, Basic computer knowledge#J-18808-Ljbffr
