Job DescriptionTASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Assist in the implementation of program and communication activities at PMU and also at the field level.

Assist in the development of required material such as IEC material, training manuals, guidelines, SOPs, and the like.

Facilitate in the arrangement of trainings, workshops, seminars, meetings and other events.

Draft letters, reports, stories/case studies and take meeting minutes.

Provide support to the program by providing timely data for quality donor reports as per donor formats.

Coordinate with staff at provincial and district level of both SRs and SIDs for ensuring smooth execution of program activities.

Keep proper record of programme files and other official documents related to programme activities.

Facilitate inter-departmental coordination within PMU for timely and smooth program implementation.

Facilitate in the arrangement of visits by key local and international visitors and staff members.

Assist in preparation of program related work plan and budget.

Organize data and other relevant information in timely manner for preparing monthly, bi-annual and annual reports.

Timely obtain and forward the invoices of contractors, consultants and vendors to relevant department for timely processing.

Routine coordination with Government line Departments, implementing partners, INGOs/NGOs and other stakeholders.

Assist supervisor in identification of needs and opportunities for program activities besides, facilitating in designing and development of concept notes/proposals to explore new opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
