About the role
This position is a part of the APAC HR Operations team, reporting to the HR Operations Manager - APAC. The role involves delivering an excellent employee experience through effective management of HR Operations including:
HR systems (Success Factors and Decibel)
Preparing supporting data for monthly employee payroll
Attendance and Leave
Providing operational support for Health and Life insurance
All aspects of the employee lifecycle from on-boarding to exit
Support the move to globally consistent, automated processes being a part of a larger project team
Additionally, the position also provides a dynamic opportunity to work alongside the wider APAC HR Operations team for multiple strategic projects.
About you
The ideal candidate should have:
A strong school education and relevant degree in Human Resources, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience within a matrix organization; familiarity with Success Factors HR system is desirable.
Full competence with MS Office including enhanced knowledge of Excel.
Excellent level of written and spoken English
Excellent attention to detail, communication, presentation and time management skills
Ability to work with total confidentiality and handle data accurately#J-18808-Ljbffr
