Your duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from vendors, listening to vendors' needs or issues and providing solutions to their problems.Some Of What You Will Be DoingMaintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward vendors at all times.Responding promptly to vendor inquiries.Communicating with vendors through various channels- calls/chats.Acknowledging and resolving vendor complaints.Knowing our products & services inside and out so that you can answer questions.Knowing the SOPs, department quality standards, KPIs and ensuring that process and procedures followed.Keeping records of vendor interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.Providing feedback on the efficiency of the vendor service process.Ensure vendor satisfaction and provide professional vendor support.Attitude matters most but the below skills are helpful too:Exceptional interpersonal and Communication skills.Confident, outgoing, with a predisposition to interact and guide others.Analytical skills.Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point.Planning, Organizing and Time management skills.Professionalism and integrity.High level of confidentiality with sensitive information.Attention to detail and accuracy of data.Process oriented.Do you have any of these?Preferred experience of min 2 years in a similar role.Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable.Knowledge of analysis and reporting of data.Ability to effectively troubleshoot problems and work collaboratively with a team environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.Fluent in English - additional language will be an advantage.Employment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
