Job DescriptionLead and execute routine electrical maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and upgrades, to guarantee the continuous operation of electrical systems.
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, ensuring rapid response, minimizing disruptions, and maintaining patient and staff safety.
Continuously assess electrical systems, identifying energy-saving opportunities, enhancing system reliability, and implementing improvements as necessary.
Play a key role in the emergency response team, providing technical expertise during critical incidents and ensuring the prompt restoration of electrical services.
Manage electrical maintenance projects from planning through execution.
Maintain detailed records of electrical systems, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation.
Provide guidance and training to maintenance personnel on electrical system operations, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
Collaborate effectively with maintenance teams, facility managers, and other stakeholders to address electrical-related needs and concerns.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors for equipment procurement, service contracts, and technology updates.
Supervise and evaluate team performance and provide daily supervision.
