The Position

Roche is looking for a passionate and creative individual who can work in the partnership team for transforming the Pakistan Healthcare Ecosystem by exploring business opportunities in the private sector and aid in creating new business partnership solutions allowing access for our medicines to more and more deserving patients. The key purpose of this role is to enable patients to access Roche's innovative medicines by conceptualizing & co-creating sustainable funding & financing solutions via partnerships with the private sector to address funding needs of patients suffering from cancer and rare diseases.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and present compelling proposals to potential partners to secure collaborations and donations

Build and maintain strong relationships with key collaborators, including corporate partners, non-profit organizations, and community leaders

Work along the team to identify and engage corporate organizations, banks, insurance companies and fintechs to channel funding to meet access needs of patients in Pakistan

Engage with health start-ups to co-create sustainable innovative solutions in order to improve access to Roche medicines

Collaborate with internal Therapeutic Area and Access & Policy teams to create a coherent strategy to shape and transform healthcare ecosystem in Pakistan

Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities for partnership and fundraising

Use various outreach methods, including networking events, direct meetings, and digital communication, to engage potential partners

Tailor proposals and pitches to align with the interests and goals of potential partners

Track and report on partnership activities, progress, and outcomes

Ensure all partnership agreements and activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements

Act as an ambassador for Roche Pakistan, promoting our vision for accessible healthcare

Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other communications to effectively convey the impact of partnerships

Responsible to report incident/accident immediately to SHE department. Attend/completed all requisite online and F2F trainings (Role specific, Safety Responsibility and Compliance) within specified time limit

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree from a well-reputed organization, business degree is a plus

Experience in partnership development, business development, sales, or fundraising is an added advantage

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations and proposals

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities

Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in Pakistan is a plus
