Job Opening: Head of Technical at Inbox Business Technologies

Inbox Business Technologies, a leading provider of information technology and services, is looking for an experienced Head of Technical to join our team. The role involves reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and overseeing all aspects of operational delivery within the company, including managing a team of General Managers (GMs) across various departments.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Delivery team, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and growth.Oversee General Managers (GMs) across different departments, guiding them in operational strategies and ensuring alignment with company goals.Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize operational delivery processes, driving efficiency and enhancing client satisfaction.Collaborate closely with the COO and senior management to define and implement operational strategies that support business growth and scalability.Monitor and evaluate delivery metrics and performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of operational processes.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to understand their needs and ensure delivery excellence.Act as a senior escalation point for delivery issues, working cross-functionally to resolve complex problems and mitigate risks.Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and staffing plans for all departments.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards related to service delivery and operations.Requirements:Bachelor's degreein business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven10-15 yearsof a senior leadership role overseeing operations, with experience managing teams and driving organizational success.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.Experience in implementing process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).#J-18808-Ljbffr
