We are global leaders and we specialize with brands in the enterprise SaaS, and Fintech accelerators space helping them find new customers though our outbound sales process Our client is looking for a B2B sales professional to be part of their team full-time This role requires business level - English /Spanish / Portuguse The Role – BDR The main role of the BDR is to engage with pre-built prospect lists - calling/ social selling/ messaging whatever it takes to make introductions, offering some relevant content then looking to set up discovery meetings. A master in CALLING. Leads will be mostly developed by our client and a smaller element will be minded for outbound. You will need deep experience in outbound sales and social selling. You are a doer, you understand and practice good sales processes. Responsibilities

  • 80-100 calls a day
  • Social selling
  • Set up appointments within LATAM based prospects 
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Follow Monthly KPIs.
Requirements
  • Experience in B2B sales 1-5 years min
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience - SaaS sales
Qualifications:
  • A fundamental understanding of the outbound sales process (nurturing, prospecting, cold calling, full lead nurture cycle)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior-level executives
  • Excellent presentation skills both verbal and written
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Advanced LinkedIn skills - sales navigator
  • Standard Salesforce/ ZoomInfo skills
