Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate electrical or mechanical works on site.
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Manage work teams, including electricians, mechanics, and subcontractors.
- Plan and organize daily activities to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and safety.
- Resolve technical and operational issues on site.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and regular updates.
- Participate in site meetings and project reviews.
