Field Service Technician

Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team, based in Johannesburg.Successful candidate must be passionate, enthusiastic and customer focused. Must be self-disciplined, results orientated, a team player and able to work under pressure. Above all, candidate required to have a professional approach to external sales role and be proficient in seeing new customers to develop service work. Minimum Requirements:-Qualified Millwright or Electrical Trade3 to 5 years' field service experience of selling & repairs of vacuum pumps, water pumps, compressors, valves; or other industrial equipment selling to Industrial markets i.e., Food, Plastics, Woodworking, Medical, AutomotiveMust proficiently communicate with customers, verbally and via email dailyDuties:-Generate service repair sales for the WorkshopsOn-site problem solvingGrow field service, including procuring active service contractsCalling on existing and new customers and maintaining relationships and growing the business with these customersOn site customer support with technical problemsInstall and repair vacuum pumps and systems on siteSupporting the Sales Manager to grow the business Email your CV + supporting documentation to terri@staffunlimited.co.za.  If you have not been contacted within 2 weeks, consider your application unsuccessful.
