The role involves planning, managing, and executing all digital marketing strategies and activitiesAs the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:Contributing to the development of strategic and integrated annual plans including situational reviews, data-rich insights and focused 12-month digital marketing plans linked to ROIFull ownership - creation, deployment, budget management, analysing and report on key performance indicators - of all digital assets and communications including, but not limited to, website, e-mailers, social media content, online advertising, SEM etcDevelop and maintain digital activity toolkits including standards and assets for best practice sharing to ensure seamless experience and execution across key digital channels and marketsDrive acquisition across the relevant platforms through targeted initiatives that connect with, recruit and retain audiencesEnd to end management of websites including, but not limited to, design, content, user experience, performance, updates, maintenance and SEOStay up to date with main online platforms (Facebook, Google, X, Instagram etc.) including performance, opportunities and competitor activityEnsure the respect of the allocated budget and propose its optimization without compromising success or premium executionManage and challenge any specialist suppliers or 3rd party agencies as required to deliver and optimize all facets of the business' online experience across channelsAct as the in-house digital marketing champion - willing to teach the broader teams on how to best leverage digital for successAct as first digital point of contact for business - evaluating all proposals and opportunities received, declining where not aligned to core strategy and elevating internally for further consideration where warrantedManage assigned relevant integration projects and ad hoc responsibilities assigned by the Head of MarketingRequirements and Skills:Previous experience with luxury lifestyle brands, wine &/or hospitality beneficialStrategically minded with operational capabilityBudgeting capabilityCreative eye for all things copy and visual - but also displays a data-driven mentality with a sense of how to use insights to sharpen activity and ROIEntrepreneurial spirit, solution-orientation and ability to get things done amid ambiguityExcellent relationship skills and able to work cross-functionally with a variety of creative minds and business stakeholdersEfficient multitasker with attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload while meeting deadlinesTakes pride in work and demonstrates accountabilityMinimum Education Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fieldA solid understanding of the marketing, media and digital advertising landscape and up to date on the latest trends or technologies in these areasMinimum Work Experience - 3 years in a similar role
