What We're Looking For: Experience: 10+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in hospitality, retail or food & beverage. Management: 5+ years of regional store management experience and/or 2+ years of area manager experience, responsible for running multiple stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and retail stores. Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of team development. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and trends to make informed business decisions.
