The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about company products and services. Additionally, the Call Center Representative will be responsible for the management of customer accounts and maintaining customer satisfaction levels.QualificationsCustomer Service Representative, Customer Support, Interpersonal SkillsExperience in dealing with customers and resolving customer complaintsComputer LiteracyExcellent communication skills, including written and verbalAbility to multitask and prioritize work effectivelyExperience in Sales and Marketing would be beneficialBachelor's degree in any field would be preferred.
