You will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and pleasant experience for our VIP clients and important guests.Travel between Jeddah, Riyadh, Alula, Neom and Red SeaKey Responsibilities Greet and welcome VIPs and important clients with a professional and friendly demeanor. Assist with event coordination and ensure smooth operations during events. Manage client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area. Waitressing Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for guests as needed. Utilize computer skills to manage schedules, appointments, and communication. Adapt to varying schedules and be flexible to meet the needs of our clients. Assist with administrative tasks and support the team as needed. Requirements European / South African Female Recent university graduate. Computer skills (e.g., MS Office, email communication). Strong ambition and a willingness to learn. Presentable and professional appearance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility to travel and adapt to different schedules. Ability to handle VIP clients and important guests with discretion and professionalism. Eagerness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
