Chief Information Security Officer ( Contractual ) · Masters inInformation Security/Technology and Computer Sciences or equivalent from HigherEducation Commission (HEC) recognized university. · PhD from HEC recognized university shall be preferred. · RelevantCertifications in IS Audits especially CISA, CISM etc shall be preferred. ProfessionalExperience: · Minimum 10 yearsin Senior Position/s in Information Security operations and management roles. · Strongunderstanding of regulatory requirements (national/ international),technological advancements in industry and international best practices. · Profoundknowledge to steer organizational strategy and align it with NADRA's vision forInformation Security (IS)/ Cyber Security (CS). · Expert in needanalysis, gap identification and taking corrective measures to addressidentified issues. · Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to represent NADRAat local and international forums on matters related to IS/ CS. · Good leadershipqualities and abilities to handle team of IS professionals. · Ability toanalyze complex issues, think critically and make informed, timely decisions asper arising critical scenarios. Skills and Competencies : · Planning and implementation ofData Security framework and technology. · In-depth knowledgeof information management, governance, risk assessment and complianceframeworks. · Development andmanagement of Security Operation Centre, knowledge of required technology andits integration with IT infrastructure of organization. · Experience ofdeveloping IT Forensic Investigations Framework and Incident Response Mechanismin large organization. · Operation andmanagement of Cyber Threat Intelligence Platforms, develop linkage to ISparadigm of organization and possible impact. · Mentororganization's software/ applications vulnerability assessment and network pen-testingefforts/ tasks. · Planning andconducting IS training and awareness activities across the organization. · Collaboration& Stakeholder Engagement to foster collaborative relationships with internalstakeholders, external partners and regulatory bodies (national/ international)to ensure effective policy development and implementation. · ContinuousQuality Improvement (CQI) to encourage a culture of continuous improvement,staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologicalrisks to make informed, evidence-based policy modifications.
