Job details
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets• Maintain and update company databases• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents• Answer queries by employees and clients• Update office policies as needed• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments• Book meeting rooms as required• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned• Schedule in-house and external eventsJob Specification• Atleast 3 years of relevant experience• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize• Willingness to learn and to grow with the company and motivated to take on additional projects and solve problems• Self-directed and able to work without supervision• Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role, manage team members, lead assistant meetings, and supervises when needed• Prior experience as an office assistant, office administrator, or handling administrative responsibilities in a related field• Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
