What you need to know My client, in the Public Sector based in Co. Longford is looking to recruit a Clerical Officer for their site. This is an initial 3 month contract and will be reviewed for extension on a monthly basis thereafter. This is a part time role 2-3 days per week Your new job Key duties & responsibilities:
- Answer queries and provide a reception/telephone service
- Maintaining, processing & managing data & records
- Assist in report preparation and uploading documentation
- Process applications using the company online portal
- Provide required information and support to Service Managers and teams
- Any other administrative support as requested
- At least 2 years HSE/Public Sector experience - essential
- Proficient with MS Office packages i.e. Word & Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in written & oral English
- Must have own transport
