Team Leader - Dublin

Team Leader Due to promotion and progression, we at Cineworld Dublin are looking for 2 Full-Time Team Leaders (39hr contracts) to join the team. The full cinema team consists of a General Manager, Deputy General Manager, 4 Cinema Managers, 9 Team Leaders and up to 100 Team Members. Our cinema has 17 Screens spread across 4 customer-facing levels, a CafeBar, Concessions stand, and the Republic of Ireland's only Baskin Robbins counter. The cinema is located in the heart of Dublin City Centre (D01) boasting excellent transport links 24hrs a day via either Dublin bus or the LUAS lines. Alongside our standard 3D/2D equipped screens, we have a large state-of-the-art IMAX auditorium which is regularly used for National/European premieres, private hire conferencing, and other event activities. Additionally, we regularly host a range of city-based and national film festivals. As a Team Leader, you and the team will be the face of Cineworld, striving to deliver an unrivaled cinema experience for all Cineworld customers. In addition to providing leadership and support to the Team Members, you will provide a superior standard of service to our customers and ensure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
2. Food Handling and Stock Control
3. Use of Technology (e.g., IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones)
4. Cleaning
5. Increasing Sales
6. Maintaining Standards
7. Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
8. Addressing and Resolving Complaints
9. Induction and Training of Team Members
10. Coaching Team Members
11. Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
12. Duty Manager Key Holding Duties
