Instruct through lectures, discussions, and demonstrations. Use computers, audiovisual aids, and other equipment and materials to supplement presentations. Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the varying needs and interests of students. Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with students and organizing learning resources and the classroom environment.Meeting with parents or guardians, teachers, counsellors, and administrators to resolve any possible behavioural or academic problems. Attend professional development workshops and educational conferences to maintain and improve professional competence. Establish and enforce rules for class management and student behaviour. Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate student progress.Qualifications:Bachelor Degree inEducationfor teaching Primary grades or an Early Years Diploma from a recognized University(UK preferred for British Curriculum)TEACHING LICENSEfor Primary teaching FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: UK, US, CA, AU, NZ, ZA ( due to Visa restrictions )Must have excellent English communication skills and could pass an IELTS exam at level 7Must have excellent classroom management skills and able to deal effectively with student behaviour issuesExperience:Minimum 2 years teaching experience at Early Years or Primary grade levelsCulturally sensitive, dependable, flexible and able to work in a continuously changing environmentCONTRACT DETAILSStart Date:August 2024Monthly Salary Range: TAX FREEMonthly salary from 11,000 - 12,000 QAR depending on qualifications and experienceHousing:Furnished 1 to 2 bedroom apartment depending on family statusUtilities paid at QAR 300 for Singles and 500 for MarriedExcess Luggage allowance provided with receipt for approx QAR 1000 (with receipt)Health Insurance Coverage:Medical insurance for employee and 1 dependentAnnual Air Tickets:Cash Annual Air Fare for employee and 1 dependent equivalent to ticket price back to home countryLeave:In addition to official holidays, paid leave is allocated as per academic calendar and as per country Labour law. Minimum 30 work days per yearDependent School Fees:100% discount for 1 dependent attending the same school as employeeVisa and Medical Check Fees:Residency Visa Fees will be paid for employee onlyEnd of Service Benefit:Gratuity of 21 days of basic salary for each year completed as per Country Labor law.Paperwork Requirements:Notarized and Attested academic degrees, teaching certificates, transcripts, marriage and dependent birth certificates.
