- Ensure financial processes are supported by robust policies, procedures, and user guidance
- Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive Balance Sheet control framework to monitor, measure, communicate, remediate, and prevent future defects, strengthening the financial control process
- Provide technical accounting expertise and financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Identify and assess financial risks, and implement measures to mitigate them
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures, and maintain strong internal controls and governance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiencies and collaborating cross-functionally to implement changes
- Coordinate change management efforts, ensuring transformation outcomes adhere to internal control policies, standards, and procedures
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support management decision-making
- Provide support on tax, accounting, and system-related projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred
- Minimum 8 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in finance technology and transformation implementation projects (e.g., consolidation, reporting, dashboards, analytics)
- Proficient in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financial module; knowledge of Procurement and Project Management modules preferred
- Solid technical accounting, tax, and project experience; experience in test case design and change management a plus
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, financial control, governance, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and expressive, with a problem-solving mindset and willingness to deep dive into complex business processes and data
