Job details

Responsibilities:

  1. Install and configure software and hardware for employees.
  2. Set up accounts and workstations.
  3. Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
  4. Train staff on technologies.
  5. Maintain essential IT infrastructure of the company with offices in multiple countries.
  6. Maintain company security policies.
  7. Be available for monitoring alerts.
Experience and Technical Skills Required:
  1. Experience with Windows Operating System.
  2. Experience with Windows Server Operating System.
  3. Experience working in environments that include Linux (Ubuntu server), Azure, and Windows.
  4. Knowledge and experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix.
  5. Working knowledge of shell scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
  6. Active Directory experience.
  7. Network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, WiFi, troubleshooting networking issues).
Soft Skills:
  1. Fluent in spoken and written English.
  2. Effective communication for presenting findings and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
  3. Attention to detail.
  4. Adaptability and continuous learning.
  5. Willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies, and a commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.
  6. Organized and able to work to deadlines, with the ability to manage multiple project requests simultaneously.
