Job Description
This is a remote position. Scope: Flexible schedule Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM NZ time (4 AM to 12 PM PHT) Work part-time, minimum 20 hours per week Manage customer service primarily through email channels Handle warm leads generated from email marketing campaigns Create and send invoices using provided systems Responsibilities: Manage and respond to inquiries through multiple inboxes Nurture leads into sales using templated responses and personalized communication Provide customer support throughout the delivery process Use Teamwork Desk ticketing system to manage customer interactions Create and send invoices to clients Arrange phone calls between leads and the New Zealand-based team Follow established processes within the Teamwork platform Requirements: Strong customer service skills, particularly in email communication Experience with or ability to quickly learn ticketing systems (e.g., Teamwork Desk) Basic understanding of sales processes and lead nurturing Proficiency in English for clear and effective communication Ability to work independently and follow established processes Basic bookkeeping skills, particularly in invoicing #J-18808-LjbffrApply safely
