24x7 NOC operations for a transport network comprising of DWDM,OTN and SDH networks • 24x7 Network Alarm monitoring Correlating alarms and identifying the route cause Open Trouble tickets, updates to them and timely notifications to customer and other stakeholders, meeting stringent SLAs committed. Service Assurance and to comply with SLAs L1 troubleshooting of the network. Coordination with suppliers, Data Centers, Field operations teams and customer. TTs and updates for all Internal and supplier planned activities, complying with SLAs Follow-up with Suppliers for timely start and completion of planned works Line fiber and equipment performance monitoring. Timely notification and the resolution of TTs as per timelines
