What you need to know Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit – Electrical Project Planner for our client , based in the Dublin South. This role is a permanent opportunity based on pharma sites, offering flexibility & excellent salary. Your new job Key duties & responsibilities:
- Schedule Development & Maintenance: Creating and maintaining engineering, construction, and commissioning schedules.
- Progress Tracking: Updating progress, gathering data from multiple sources, and reporting on milestones, delays, and float paths.
- Analysis: Conducting earned value analysis and preparing histograms.
- Verification & Reporting: Verifying site progress and preparing data for payment applications.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Attending schedule meetings, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and participating in negotiations.
- Quality Control: Ensuring the accuracy and quality of schedules and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical).
- Minimum 5 years of experience, with a focus on electrical engineering.
- Previous experience on pharmaceuticals, medical devices or data centre sites.
- Experience working with main contractors, clients, & consultants.
- Primavera experience for scheduling & planning.
- Key Skills: communication, team player, work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel.
- Full clean driver's license.
