Job Description

  1. Prepare and update employee files, including justifications for appointments using approved models within the company.
  2. Complete the hiring process in the system, accurately entering and updating employee data.
  3. Prepare insurance files for new employees and submit them to the insurance specialist in the region.
  4. Monitor the expiration of probationary periods and work contracts on specified dates, in coordination with the HR supervisor.
  5. Follow up on the issuance of health cards for workers, in coordination with the insurance specialist in the region.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Personnel.
  • Good English speaker.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
