Job Description (Actimize and Informatica Developer): Functional Role and Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be responsible for functioning within a development team.
- Responsibilities include daily involvement in the development team to review and understand the FSD, write TSD and LLD documents, develop in ETL tools (Informatica) and the Actimize environment (AIS, RCM, etc.), document release installation instructions, perform unit testing, work with business analysts to execute the SIT testing and document the results.
- Our teams work with other technical and functional areas to ensure the proper execution of processes.
- Key to your success will be your desire to learn and grow as a team player and take direction and guidance from the team lead and senior team members.
- Development experience in a cohesive environment comprising and expertise required on:
- Actimize development in AML and Trade Surveillance areas
- Hands-on experience on AIS 4.x and RCM 5.x custom development
- MS-SQL Database
- ETL Informatica.
- Autosys, Control M, SQL Server scheduler
- Shell or Batch scripts
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with out-of-the-box Actimize solutions like AML SAM 8.x, WLF 3.x; Control Room models—Restricted List, Insider List, Watch List, etc.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with the Actimize UDM Database.
- Hands-on experience in writing exceptional and complex SQL queries and procedures
- Experience in using tools like JIRA, HP QC ALM, etc. is a big plus
- Domain knowledge of Anti Money Laundering, Trade Surveillance, and, in general, compliance knowledge is a big plus
- Experience to work with the teams on global presence
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Should be able to work independently to result from high-quality deliverables, covering both functional and non-functional requirements
- Perform unit testing and peer review of the code
- Write and deliver release installation instructions, technical specifications, and low-level design documents.
- Work with internal teams and client resources to assist in release migrations.
- Possess the necessary skill set to quickly learn new technologies and the analytical skills required to resolve critical issues within our team or in collaboration with external teams.
- Effective independent prioritization skills.
- Desires to work in a dynamic technical application environment to provide excellent testing results
- Good ability to convey technical information to an audience with various levels of technical knowledge, including a business user base that may need a deeper understanding of application technology.
- High sense of urgency and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability and willingness to operate within tightly controlled policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated technical competencies.
- Good analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal)
