We are seeking a talented Senior Data Scientist to join our team and play a pivotal role in our data-driven journey.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth analyses on complex, ambiguous business problems, providing actionable insights and recommendations to guide decision-making.Take ownership of a wide range of data and metrics, from core logging to the presentation of data visualizations.Lead code reviews and provide expertise in SQL and Python, ensuring the creation and maintenance of well-structured ETL jobs.Uphold a high standard of statistical rigor, ensuring that experimentation and causal analyses are conducted to build stakeholder confidence.Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: BA/BS in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science) with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD in a quantitative field with 3+ years of relevant experience.Demonstrated experience in leading impactful data science projects that address ambiguous problems.Ability to influence stakeholders by translating data insights into compelling narratives.Practical expertise in applying complex modeling frameworks to solve business problems.Proficient in SQL and Python.Experience working with digital products in iterative development cycles.Embodiment of core cultural values: clear communication, positive energy, continuous learning, and efficient execution.
