Position: General Manager - ProcurementLocation: BangaloreExperience: 10 years experience in a senior managerial-level position especially in Real estateCTC: 10-15 lac per Annumwe're seeking an experienced Procurement General Manager to oversee daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple departments, Vendor negotiations for maximum productivity. They'll be highly skilled in human resources, finance, and IT management. Additionally, they'll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within their team. Their ultimate responsibility is to increase our operational efficiency.The objective of the role Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.Ensuring Quality of material/service, timely supply/handover, price of material/service, and response time. Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders.Carefully maintain a complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actionsChecking Product quality-brand, warranty, and getting from OEM. Cost Saving-negotiating with multiple vendors.Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.Thoroughly doing quotation analysis. Maintaining timelines, Cost savings, and Quality. Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technologies, and skills.Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of products to confirm quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables.Maintaining the relationships with the clients. Thoroughly checking and comparing the proposals and specifications. Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirementsDevelop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of complaintsMonitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management and product developmentProvide training and support to the team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.Skills and qualificationsProfessional certification such as Procurement Certification Program (CIPP) & Cost Management.Superb computer competence, including database management.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsDemonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management practicesPreferred QualificationsA proven record of accomplishment in the Procurement department with a minimum of 10 years experience in a senior managerial-level position especially in Real estate. Have a strong background in interior fit-out, Interior Design with Design Project Management, and Business Development exposure.Possess strong leadership qualities and a proactive nature in communication and interaction.Strong Project Management skills.Ability to communicate in more than one language PRB
